Strongest Neodymium, Samarium Cobalt Rare Earth Magnets

Commonly referred to as Neo, this material is the strongest available. Offered in grades exceeding 50 MGOe, it is the material of choice when maximum energy is required. 

Available in blocks, discs and rings, it is usually nickel plated.  Maximum service temperature for this material is typically 125° – 150° C.

Samarium Cobalt

Not as high in energy as the Neo, this products maximum grade is 26 MGOe. Though it excels at high temperatures where Neo cannot. A more expensive option than Neo, it is the best product when power and high temperature resistance is required. Small blocks and discs are most common, but rings and larger blocks are available.
